ATU Assessment Forms

Assessment Grant Information and Application

The University Assessment Committee has implemented an Assessment Project Grants program to help stimulate assessment activities on campus. Successful grant applicants can obtain up to $5,000 for assessment purposes. The grant applications are due November 1st during a fall semester and March 1st during a spring semester.

NOTE:
Since the University has began to use TracDat software to capture assessment plans and reports, all the forms listed below are no longer used but will remain available for historical purposes.

(These forms can be used to document assessment efforts in a simple and understandable way. One is designed to lead a degree providing program through the assessment paradigm and the other is for academic support units. Filling in the first two columns constitutes an assessment plan. Completing the last two columns constitutes a complete assessment cycle.)
